Who We Are

Right Meow Rescue Roc, Corp. is a foster-based organization dedicated to finding forever homes for unwanted, friendly cats and kittens in the Rochester, NY area. Our team of devoted volunteers have saved hundreds of cats from past experience with other rescues. We are excited to start saving lives.

Our Mission

At Right Meow, our mission is to reduce the homeless and shelter cat population by providing loving, safe foster homes for all cats in our care while also taking care of their medical needs. We will provide education to the community on spay/neuter programs to help keep populations in check.

Our Values

1. To give cats in our care enough time with their fosters before becoming available for adoption so we can truly get to know their personalities to find their perfect homes.

2. To treat any and all medical concerns for cats in our care as quickly as possible.

3. To stay local and help reduce the population of community cats in our area.

4. To provide a judgment-free owner surrender program and help to families who can no longer care for their cat(s).
